1. What this page covers

This page explains how to ask MyAIBae (my-ai-bae.com) to remove content: content that concerns you personally, or content that you believe infringes your copyright.

Visitors cannot post content on the site and there are no user accounts. Everything on the site is published by us, including fictional characters generated by AI, articles written with the help of AI tools and, in reviews, names, logos or screenshots of third-party apps. The only exception is the result pages of our AI Match and AI Horoscope tools, which show a first name typed by a visitor.

2. Content that concerns you

Write to us if, for example, you think an image on the site resembles you, a page uses your name (including a result page of AI Match or AI Horoscope), or a page contains information about you that you want removed.

Please give the address (URL) of each page concerned and explain your request. We may ask you for more information.

Send your request to: [email protected]

3. Copyright notices (DMCA)

If you believe that content on the site infringes your copyright, send us a written notice. Following the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), it should include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if several works are involved.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to find it, such as its URL.
  4. Your contact information, such as your address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Send your notice to: [email protected]

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.

4. Content on partner sites

The partner sites we link to, such as AI companion apps, host their own content. For content on those sites, please contact the site concerned.

If you think one of our links points to content that infringes your rights, write to: [email protected]
