1. About MyAIBae

These terms apply to the website my-ai-bae.com (the "site"), run by MyAIBae ("we", "us"). The site offers a catalog of fictional characters generated by AI, articles and reviews about AI companion apps, and a few free entertainment tools.

The site has no user accounts and sells nothing: you can read its pages without signing up or paying.

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the site.

2. Adults only

This site contains adult content and is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult content under the law where you live, to use it. Otherwise, please leave the site.

3. Affiliate links

MyAIBae earns money through affiliate links. Links and buttons that lead to partner services, such as AI companion apps (for example Candy.ai or DreamGF), may be affiliate links: if you sign up or buy something on a partner site after clicking one of them, we may receive a commission.

These links go through an address on our own domain (my-ai-bae.com/api/go/…), which sends you to the partner through the affiliate network CrakRevenue. Depending on your country, you may be sent to a different partner offer than the one shown. For some countries, or if your country cannot be determined, the link takes you back to our home page instead.

Partner sites are run by third parties. Their own terms, prices and privacy policies apply, and any account, subscription or payment you make there is between you and the partner. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or services.

4. AI-generated content

• The characters in our catalog are fictional adults generated by artificial intelligence. They do not represent real people.
• AI-generated images may contain errors or visual artifacts.
• Our articles are written with the help of AI tools. They are general information, may contain errors and may become outdated. Check important details, such as an app's prices or features, on the provider's own site.
• Names, logos and screenshots of third-party apps belong to their owners. We show them to identify the services we write about.

5. Free tools

AI Match and AI Horoscope create a result page from the first name you type and, for AI Horoscope, the zodiac sign you choose. Results are put together automatically from pre-written texts, for entertainment only.

Each result page has a public address based on the name you typed. Anyone with the link can open it, even though search engines are asked not to list it. Only type a name you are happy to see on a public page, and do not type someone else's name without their agreement.

Section 8 explains how to have a result page removed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any illegal purpose;
• use the site or its tools to harass, insult or harm anyone;
• try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or access parts of it that are not public;
• copy or republish the site's content without our permission, except where the law allows it.

7. Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the texts, images and design of the site are provided by MyAIBae for your personal viewing. You are welcome to share links to our pages.

8. Removal requests

You can ask us to remove content from the site:

• content that concerns you, for example an image you think resembles you, or a result page that shows your name: [email protected]

9. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always work, be free of errors or be up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, MyAIBae is not liable for any damage resulting from your use of the site, or of partner sites you visit through our links.

10. Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyAIBae operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
